Very friendly and helpful staff. They were accommodating and made sure we had a great experience. I wish they would drive further than just OP as I needed to go 9 miles but was able to get a Lyft to take me back to work.

Great service! They did not have the car I requested so they gave me a free upgrade! I love that they pick you up and drop you off for free! I will always pick them over any other car rental agency!

Great staff delivered 5-Star customer service. Made the rental and return so easy. Highly recommend the 7800 Metcalf location in Overland Park, KS.

We reserved our car through Expedia. The process was seamless as we picked up and dropped off the car. My only issue is that Enterprise places $150 hold plus the cost of the rental on your credit card.
