Budget Car and Truck Rental

I actually sat here for a bit of time since I arrived early for my reservation. It was impressive to see the level of professionalism from the employees as they handled each and every customer and issue quickly and seamlessly. When it came time for my reservation, the entire process took maybe 10 minutes. They explained everything completely and the car was in amazing shape. Will always be my stop for all rental needs. **Tip** Pre pay online. Makes things move really quickly.

Never going to this Budget again. Booked a mini-van but got a full-size SUV. Although I called in the morning to confirm my booking of mini-van. No wiper liquid, car is not clean and dirt on all sides of the car. Screwed our spring break trip. On top of all this, they give you a full gas tank. Which I didn’t signup for. If you forget to full the gas tank. Prepare to pay $9.89 per gallon.

worst car rental of all time!!! car has low tire pressure. Called for car replacement but the customer service told us to drive for 3 hrs with spare tire (designed for only 50 miles) to reach the nearest budget car rental office. they charge us $300++ for road side assistance the worst case is that they charge us again for $1,678.66. I will never rent cars from budget again and I also told my friends not to use their service again. This is real and I have my Claim Number to proved it for you Budget company

I have rented from this location 5-6 times over the last few years simply because of its convenient location. Each time I hoped the service would be better the next time only to experience more disappointment. Poor attitude, no vehicle, dirty vehicle, and poor customer service. My other friends have had similar experiences. Never again.

Used Priceline to find and make a car rental. Pick-up time was set for 4pm. In crappy weather my husband and I were at the door at 4:04 and a gentleman walked out and said sorry we are closed and started locking the door. I told him I had a pick up scheduled for 4 and he said well we have automatic alarms that turn on at 4:05. Why are you making appointments at 4 then... In less than 5 minuets you could check me all in, check my id and get me a car before your alarm starts... I could understand if I was 15 minuets late but really 4 minutes.
