Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Words can't describe how blessed I was when I went to Enterprise. Devon and Dakota were beyond amazing! Buying or trading in a car in my situation had been a treacherous and difficult process up until that point. I was literally sitting in my old clunker of a car with my head leaned back not knowing what to do. I looked up a few places online and Devin from Enterprise got right back with me. I explained to her the severity of the situation being as my car was not going to make it back, I wasn't for sure if it was going to make it there as Enterprise was over an hour away. I also explained previous situations that had promised me over the phone that they could get me a great deal and then once there couldn't help me. She basically worked with me back and forth until the only thing I had to do was drive down there, sign papers and get my car! Again Devon & Dakota were my guardian angels that day and my life has forever since changed. I can honestly say now that I have reliable transportation! What's even more is I had a work-related injury with my knee and the cruise control comes in so handy!

I'm giving this location 2 stars because the employees failed to do a good detailed job at explaining the coverage and gas details which cost quite a bit for 2 days. Also I left a couple things in the car and came back that next morning and my stuff that was in the front seat was gone. Car was good and people did smile.

The staff was very helpful. We ended up having the rental for 47 days as our car was getting repaired. We had an issue with our original rental, we took it back and we were put in a Chevy that we loved. Very greatful for the great service.

Started the process online arrive and it only took twenty minutes. Received a 2017 Chevy impala nice car did great going to Chicago. No complaints this my second time using this location.

Enterprise offers very good customer service, but this time this office, especially Natalie gets 5 stars. The car I've rented had a mechanical problem, Enterprise exchanged it for an upgraded model, which resulted in additional $80 in fuel cost. Upon returning the car, Natalie not only offered and upgrade coupon towards my next rental but she also deducted the $80 off my bill. AWESOME!!
