Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The customer service at this location is always exceptional. I have never had a poor experience with these employees. They are always friendly and go above and beyond my expectations.

I have been renting from this Overland Park South location for last six months and I must say, the experience has been more than satisfying. One great example of how an 'Enterprise' can deliver a personal experience to one time or regular customers and yet stay committed to their corporate values. Should you run into an issue, Jake or Brian (Star Branch Managers) would do everything in their capacity to make it right that one time and everytime after that. I had a week rental and had a lot of driving. After a few days the car I had needed an oil change so I took it back to Enterprise. They immediately gave me a different car and made the exchange and process very easy. The young lady that helped me had a unique name and it escapes me, but she was very friendly and courteous.

Good service and friendly staff, like that they offered to give me a ride home after dropping off my rental. Saved me money on an Uber rental. Car wasn't fully gassed up and I did have an issue with on-line availability with them once before, but wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

The staff at this Enterprise were very friendly and helpful. They do a great job there, one of my favorite places to rent.
