I used a rental car from this location while my car had some body work done.  Had the rental for 4 days.
I have been a member of Enterprise for more than 10 years.  They have always treated me very well.  Their service is the best ever.  All the cars I have rented performed well with no issues.
Their prices are a bit high, but their service and integrity are well worth the extra price.  
My car insurance company is biased toward Enterprise and I know why.
I highly recommend Enterprise.

Fast check-in. The car was very clean. Dropoff was quick and we got a ride back home. Great experience.

The staff was awesome....very helpful. They made the interaction smooth. I will come back  whenever I have a need for a  rental. Thanks Enterprise Staff @ Main location in KCMO

I was not pleased with the Cutler bay office.
That's the reason I haven't rented from enterprise. 
I was disappointed .
