Avis Car Rental

Miss leading booking. It's been a long time since I needed to rent a car. I went to the website made a reservation and a plan and thought I was good to go. Oh but wait turns out even though I can make a reservation with my debit card I can't pay for the rental with it. It must be a major credit card. It was too late in day for me to change my plans. This may be their policy, but it should have been a must larger disclaimer or credit card requested for reservation in the first place and not causing me to catch a bus @ 1am😡. Before you rent please make sure you have valid credit card and i.d. even if they are not transparent about it. You won't receive a call or text inquiring about it. The email you get doesn't mention it either.

This location on Brighton gets 5 stars for the guy that helped me. Very nice and helpful. He cared about what he was doing. Picked Avis due to the price and was able to drop off the car after hours on a Sunday.

I Love Avis! Its the easiest place to rent a car from. All the others want you to sign your name in blood to rent a vehicle. At Avis, all you need is a valid credit card and your drivers license. Keep up the great job Avis!

Nice guy at the cashier, turned out to be the owner. Good shop with a small town feel. Fast service and clean car. Just double check the gas next time! Seven eights tank is not full! With gas prices so low, it wasn't worth arguing over 4 or 5 bucks in gas. If I return to KC, I would use them again for my rental car.

System crashed but I was compensated by upgrade. They gave me a VW passat and I loved it.
