Enterprise Rent-A-Car

MY WIFE AND I ARE EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD HAVE UNLIMITED MILES FOR THE PERIOD FROM LAST THURSDAY UNTIL MONDAY FOR THE AMOUNT OF $137.00.TOTAL!!!! WE WERE PREPARED TO BRING THE CAR BACK ON SUNDAY...HOWEVER, THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. THEY CHARGED US AN EXCESS DISTANCE CHARGE!!! AND OTHER EXCESS CHARGES!! HAD THEY ADVISED US...WE WOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING DIFFERENT!! THEY TOOK OUR CHOICES AWAY!! INSTEAD...THEY CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD $171.63!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! MR. AND MRS. GERALD FRAZIER.

I feel like a 1 star rating is to much!!! The absolute worse customer service I have ever received at a rental car place! The young man who waited on us this morning was cocky and made us feel like we were a burden to him. When we shared our situation that a dealership was paying for the car (as mine had to be sent into the shop). He said he had no record of it and demanded we call the dealership to get things arranged. Mind you my husband was with the person from the dealership when the call was placed to this location. When my husband shared his frustration with this kid he became even more cocky and stated he had done nothing wrong and was only following company policy. I thought Enterprise always touted themselves on their superior customer service. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! We left and went to Hertz and were eagerly received and were taken care of in less then 20 minutes. Enterprise not only lost our business but they have lost the business of the dealership we work with!

Great place for car rentals! Great selection and good prices. We fell in love with our rental. We miss her.

I made a reservation and received a confirmation email. Right before I was set to pick it up they called and said they didn't have any cars and wouldn't have any until tomorrow! Lot of good that does me! Why let me make a reservation when you don't have any cars?

I use this location several times a week for work. Best customer service I've ever experienced. They are always friendly and personal and seem to genuinely care about the people that walk in the door. I would highly recommend this location!
