Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was in town for a week for work without a vehicle and knew that I wanted to explore the beautiful city. In a pinch I called the local Enterprise office and they made me feel like I was a Vip customer. I forgot the names of the young lady and man that helped me but he was a manager trainee and she had friends from my hometown Chicago. They were both warm and professional and provided probably the best Experience I ever had at any Rental car place. They deserve more than 5 Stars and just know, that Enterprise you have a customer for life.

I liked the way they treat the customers, the lady was sweet and I liked the way she was talking to customers and giving all different options for upgrading their vehicle if they are interested.

This team ALWAYS provides the highest level of service and professionalism. I have been a frequent patron of this specific location for the last 4 years. Always a job well done!

The customer service here used to be better with the previous management/front desk. However now they refuse to show any understanding. They were still charging me the Young Driver fee despite my contract days starting on my 25th birthday, just because i was picking up the car the night before
