Avis Car Rental

Very good people. No hassles with renting a car. We got a KIA soul and what a sweet ride. Would choose them again if need to. Very cheap too cost about $30 to rent for the day. This vehicle was great on gas too went about 150 miles and only took $17 to top off the tank!

Very nice car! Some of the staff not very friendly while others were. Asked about an upgrade and when I said it should have been free; they didn't have.

Rented a car by calling in I told them I would be driving to abilene Texas from Lawrence kansas. They quoted me and told me I will be dropping off at the abilene airport. I paid $130 over the phone and picked the car up the next day. Once I dropped the car off in Abilene Texas I got another charge from avis on my debit car for $470. They then told me I was supposed to drop it off in Lawrence I told them that wasn't the case we already agreed upon me dropping it off in texas. Their customer service is horrible and watch out they will charge you $600 for a $95 dollar car.

Haven't even left. No one at the counter .Been waiting for 5 minutes. Have even called the phone a few times. Not a single person at the desk. Business gone .
