Budget Car Rental

I do a lot of traveling i usually rent from enterprise. I thought i would try budget biggest mistake ever. The budget at midland airport is ran by avis. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I should have got the mans name. Unfortunately i didnt think of that until it was to late. After being denied a rental he apparently still charged my card. Now im being told that it will be 3 to 7 business days. Before i get a refund minus $150 penalty charge.

We rent every time we go out of town. They are fabulous except this one time when we had a blow out coming back home. The customer service rep wanted me to give her a cross street or a building so she could find me and when that didn't work, she quoted me two to three hours before someone could come and get us. That was not working with three kids and three hours until dusk. I just thank God for sending help to assist my husband in helping with the tight lug bolts. Otherwise, they are budget friendly.

I appreciated the ease of renting a car online, picking it up and being on my way quickly. The staff was very courteous and accommodating to my needs. The vehicle drove so smoothly. The best part was the price. I will definitely refer everyone I know to Budget.

My overall experience with my rental in November 2015 in Midland/Odessa, Texas was overall excellent. From the young woman attendant upon my arrival to the counter. She was humble, soft spoken, caring -- Just a wonderful young lady. I called a couple times to extend my rental -- both times she answered! "She was quick with her assistance, feedback and knowlege of her responsibility. Overall, and with two extended days, I was pleased with the charge! I WILL ABSOLUTELY RENT, AND RECOMMEND BUDGET CAR RENTAL TO MY FRIENDS!

The rental kiosks are very easy to find. At Midland, Budget is typically supported by the AVIS service desk. The vehicles are always upper end for your rental dollar. The pick-up is very quick if you have reserved a vehicle. I was in and out from the kiosk in under five minutes. Vehicles are easy to find. Drop-off is typical. Register your mileage, hand in your keys and obtain a receipt. That happens in less than five minutes. This works very well and no hassle.
