I'm very disappointed this time. I had a 3 hour drive to San Antonio. I needed​ the car at 8:30am. After all was said and done, we were leaving Del Rio City limits at 9:30. Had appt downtown SA. Got there late. Driver​ who picked us up...no habla Ingles. ? Que paso?

The receptionist was incredibly rude and despite having a friend in the Cooperate Office try to help us, was completely dismissive and unwilling work with us. #strandedontheborder
