Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Did pick me up, the older gentleman was very kind. The younger guy didn't seem as enthusiastic to be there. Was hoping to get a truck, as advertised but was only offered a Toyota Camry. Get to the location and they can only offer me a compact or a full sized Nissan. This location doesn't work Sundays and part of the day on Saturdays.

Parking was terrible for your personal car. You have to park on the back side of a big building... kinda creepy when you’re a lady traveling alone at night. On the plus side, Ladoooo is always helpful!!!

Very satisfied with this location front desk service was excellent. Assistant manager was very nice and treated us well

Very weird experience. No one was here when I got here at 8:00am, and three people were already waiting outside. (Later it turned out that one of employees was sick. So that’s okay. The lady gave me the car that she drove in (Nissan Altima), the gas was half tank full. She explained the car was pet free, however there was dog fur on the mat front and back. The window was very dirty, and the washer liquid and wiper were not working well. (Either fluid or wipers may have been very old). Break was squeaking really loud, suggesting the maintenance is not good.. yes it was really loud I could hear it clearly even with my ac on with windows shut. She was kind and the service was fast, But it was the dirtiest rental car I have had in my life. (Returning took a while though) It’s conveniently located, and one of the new rental car places, with comparably good pricing in town. however they really need to do better job keeping the car in shape... or was it just my bad luck....

Wain and out very fast but wasn't rushed. Very friendly.
