Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Professional, attentive, and very friendly. I rent a car every week. I get there the car is ready show license, sign and I am on my way!! Most of the time it take 10 - 15 minutes! Come back from my trip they are ready to book me for the next week's trip!! So if you need to rent a car go to Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 1510 South Clack St, Abilene, Texas 79605. Enterprise is ok. They used to have top notch service and management. But now they are just like most other companies. Regular customers used to be treated well. I booked a rental several weeks in advance and needed a ride. They kept telling me they were on their way to get me but I waited two hours. I finally took my own vehicle and had to leave it there. Then they told me they didn't have a car for me. Barely made it to my meeting on time after going to another location to pick up a vehicle. I recently went to rent again from them and they asked me about "how I would rate them" and I told them I would have appreciated honesty over the phone, rather than waiting for 2 hours and finally getting the whole story after I showed up. They didn't seem to appreciate that at all. Guess they really didn't want to know how I rated them.

My friend returned his rental car there. It was originally rented from another location. The return was hassle free.

I needed to replace my vehicle. The staff and manager at this location, even though they did not have a vehicle for me, they got on the phone and located one for me at the airport location. They were absolutely helpful and attentive.

We came in right before closing. We needed a rental at the last minute. We were not rushed. Got exactly what we needed.
