Do not waste your time, money, energy or effort. The local office is more interested in playing around on their phones, screwing around in the office and playing with each other, or driving their own vehicles instead of renting them out. They have a history of hanging up on people instead of actually bothering to answer their phones and the worst attitude in the shop is actually the female assistant manager who couldn't be bothered to help find a solution or actually do her job. If your insurance tries to send you to this Enterprise location insist on anywhere else!! At this point a public bus would be more reliable and less problematic than their office.
The lady claiming to be the assistant manager is the manager of the TRUCK division. The office manager is actually the one who is decent.

Very nice professional & courteous people ..my car wouldn't start because I left the lights on & they came & jumped it off for me ..i just live a few blocks away ..thank you all for going out of your way to assist me !!! Always professional

Polite trustworthy arranged our vehicle immediately great service will continue to get rentals from this company thank you a gentleman by the name of Charles was such a sweetheart he was quick to help me and my family out and get us on the road thank you

The employees gave great service,especially Calli and Lissette. They did a great job during a stressful time of a car are wreck. They suggested talking to someone about buying an used car. They service I got once I said yes. Was the best car buying experience I have ever had no pressure just service. If you need an used car try they.

Lived in Odessa 2016-2017 and worked as a Middle School teacher. I traveled back and forth to Dallas to visit friends and relatives so needed to rent a vehicle. This company advertises pick up at your location. I rented a vehicle from this company 3 times, once during Christmas break, once spring break in March and in June. They require a credit card and not a debit card. I used my insurance, not theirs. They picked me up for the Christmas break rental, but not for the March rental. I rented for a Saturday morning and called for a pickup. They answered my call and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I ended up walking to the store from the apartments I lived. That was walking the length of Tanglewood Lane from the Music Mall as I could not get someone to take me there. It took 45 minutes. Since I called in and they could not pick me up due to the lack of employees, they took $50 off my bill. Overall service was OK, not the best and dreaded renting a car there, but they seemed to be the only place in town that would pick up, hence the 3 stars. The other two times of renting went error free, there were no problems. They were always busy and there were different employees every time I went to rent, which made me think they could not keep good help.
