Staff was very helpful and customer focused. They picked me up - just like the commercial says. And the took me back when I was done with the rental. Job well done!

I cannot remember the name of the man who helped us at the Enterprise location at Collision King in Lubbock, sadly, but he was fabulous! So nice and so very helpful...he even helped me move and install my car seats on a freezing cold day! I so appreciated how respectfully and kindly he treated me, answered my questions and made sure I had everything I needed.

Initial vehicle had very little tire tread. Second vehicle had not been cleaned and had dog fur and a strong smoke smell. Was not able to switch out due to limited availability in needed size. Staff is polite in person and over the phone but hold times for phone calls are common in my experience. Would recommend if you aren’t too picky about interior quality of vehicle.
