Budget Car Rental

Called for a reservation...the man was sure to tell me he owned the place and was far from polite and kind. Very poor customer service!

Terrible experience and even worst customer service!!! The “owner” was extremely rude! Based on the other complaints on this review I’m sure I wasn’t the only one having to deal with their poor service! I was disrespected by simply asking if I could give my opinion as a customer! I’d encourage people to drive 8 minutes down the same street and go to Enterprise! I’d give them negative stars if t was possible

Beware, Owner does not honor online prices. Car rental was ordered online the day before pickup. Car was not available in the morning and owner requested we come back. He stated he would give us what ever car was available. After returning, he had confirmed with insurance and realized insurance company paid at higher rate per day. He undoubtedly used the higher price and also mentioned we would need to pay $3.00 or $4.00 more out of pocket. When questioned on why online prices where not being honored he handed back my driver's license and credit card and proceeded to say he did not wish to do business with me. Unscrupulous practices!

Good place to rent a blaster!! Better book online for a better price!! Had mine 4 days for $252, small SUV, was nice lil ride. Put that thing to work! I recommend this place!
