Hertz

Hertz for me was a very helpful place. I had a close relative that got very ill and I needed to go see them last minute. A certain rental company that begins with a very expensive E wanted well over 1000 dollars for two weeks. Hertz came to my rescue for half of the price of the other guys and gave me no problems when I needed another week. I also because the need service light came on got a free servicing and new tires though i didn't necessarily need new tires at the time all free of charge of course. Their service was above and beyond. Even their extra insurance I got was actually quite affordable. I have no complaints.

Absolutely terrible service. They never gave me the car i booked, lied about why it wasn't available, and then argued about giving me the difference between the vehicle cost back (about $150). Then, after returning the car in mint condition and fuelled, they charge me $200 three days after I the car was returned.

Wish I could give zero. Staff is VERY unfriendly. Did not get the specific vehicle I requested and was ASSURED I would get. THEN I had to fight them charging me a full tank of gas for the car I was ORIGINALLY supposed to have (16 gallon tank- the car they gave me instead could only hold 12...) AND the car I turned in had 3/4 tank THEN they turned around and charged me a $300 for cleaning! I submitted pictures to my credit card company and they agreed it was outrageous and I was able to clear the charge. Nothing but a headache and NOT worth it. Will never be doing business with Hertz.

Abilene hertz need to improve for customers services. first thing you do not find any one in counter second if you call the phone no no one will pick you up your phone third they do not have car in stock for what you book fourth manager will tell you we do not have car you reserve so we are sorry but you can book some where else .... so nice we did reservation in advance and no car ... so Heartz really hearts..... I hope they do changes in management to improve customer experience....
