Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had a super easy time here. We had an appointment set by our insurance and it made it smoother. Came in, got taken to our vehicle, checked for any scratches and so forth, and then went on our way. After having the vehicle for the allotted time, we came back to turn in. We had it checked real quick so we didn't leave anything behind. It was done. They do offer a service to take the vehicle to you or pick up which helps. I'd recommend giving them a go if you need a vehicle.

I have rented 3 cars from the same location in less than 60 days. The customer service is excellent and they are extremely helpful with how I can get the best benefit for my money and offering information for secure and worry-free traveling. I gave a 4 (If it was an option 4.5) because the first vehicle I rented was not washed and the second smelled like smoke, but I continue to be please with the customer service and assistance overall, even prior to these incidence. Exchanges are hassle-free and they will even drive you to a different location if they do not have a vehicle that meets your needs. I am always greeted by staff and management, and I never wait long even when busy.

Make sure you walk around and inspect EVERY inch of the rental vehicle AND take dated pictures of ANY pre-existing damage to the car. My wife made the mistake of not doing this and trusted the rental agents word that some pre-existing damage on the vehicle we rented was already documented in the system for the vehicle . Upon returning the car we were told by a different agent that there was no record of ANY pre-existing damage to the car in the system and we would need to fill out a new damage report. We definitely didn't put a scratch on the car. We are now in the process of trying to resolve this situation however I advise anyone renting from ENTERPRISE: DO NOT TRUST THEM FURTHER THAN YOU COULD THROW THEM.

I have been renting cars for years. I rent from Enterprise in California, now here in Texas. I will not rent from no other company. They are the best.

No vechicals avaliavai, rude and don't answer there phones don't waste your time go through Hertz or buget
