Hertz

Excellent cars with good condition. Very supportive and cooperative staff. Highly friendly. I'm happy and content with the service and staff. Will definitely rent a car again.

The staff at Hertz is very cooperative and helpful. My experience at Hertz was fun. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Seems to be managed very very poorly at this location. One employee was there trying to help all the customers. The manager was nowhere to be found seems like he was hiding from the customers and the constant phone calls. Two people had reservations through state farm and surprise surprise Hertz didn't have cars for them. Seems like there was a disconnect between State Farm and the Hertz San Marcos Location. Those two people were upset and rightly so. I overhead a phone conversation about another person that had been waiting for a rental at a local car dealership for over an hour and a half. I had a reservation and my car was not there, I got an uber to where I was going and don't think I will ever be back to this hertz again. Good Luck People!!!!
