Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Don’t let the small, dated building fool you. They are efficient, quick and thorough. Although there were lots of people there as I picked up and dropped of the car, I only waited a few minutes. Wonderful customer service!

Someone backed into my Jeep, so their insurance set me up with Enterprise in Bryan. I set up an appointment to have someone pick me up at the location I dropped off my jeep. Nobody showed up from enterprise. When I called they said it would be an additional 30 minute wait from my original appointment. (What's the point of an appointment if you aren't going to keep it?) They seemed irritated when I called. Once I got there the guy didn't know what he was doing. He kept asking questions from someone in the back. Once he figured it out he didn't show me how to run any of the controls in the car and was more concerned with showing me the exterior of the car. Then after my Jeep was finished I called Enterprise to set another appointment and I asked if someone would be available to drive me to the location to pick up my Jeep. I explained that the last time I set up an appointment nobody showed up. His response back was "You can use our free ride services. But Ma'am we don't have a plethora of drivers, so you can uber if you want". Really? If I'm taking the time to set up an appointment, someone better be available. I will NEVER EVER use this location. They were disrespectful, ignorant, and have a lack of what good customer service is.

I've rented from the Bryan location several times and found them courteous and professional. This last time Byron in particular went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with a one-way rental -- available here but not at the Easterwood Airport location. While all one-way rentals are expensive, the service here made the price worth it.

I've been going to Entrtprise since the late 90s. I will never go anywhere else, the staff is always courteous always going out of their way to help. The cars are always very clean and in great working condition.

I have used the Bryan location of Enterprise Car Rental on several occasions, and the have always provided excellent customer service, which includes a free ride to their lot and return trip, if needed. Since public transportations doesn't seem to be an options in Texas, having customer service like there's at least allows one to be able to rent a car and be able to see more than the inside of a hotel room in this state. Their service and friendliness have always been exceptional.
