Budget Car Rental

Reserved a budget truck for 11:30am pickup, got there and they had no truck. No apology, just an excuse that they’re not responsible for people not retuning vehicles - understandable, but any competent business would at least give you a courtesy call instead of wasting our entire day and organization of getting people to help us. Go to U-haul. Down the street and way better

Went in to get rates and lady at the front showed lack of importance to help out. I was the one who had to start the conversation because when I walked in the lady didn’t even bother to look up nor greet.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Historically, I am an Enterprise customer; however, due to the logistics of this facility to my family's home, I went with Budget. Mechanically, the car ran great other than having to pull into a Discount Tire to check the tire pressure when the low pressure "idiot" light came after driving only 5 miles after picking the car up. The interior front and rear seats were badly stained (looked like a lot of kids and car seats over time) and the interior isn't what I consider particularly clean/ However, my Budget experience overall was pleasant.
