Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I requested a rental online and was able to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for me. I arrived to be greeted by a very busy yet courteous attendant named James. He took care of my rental needs quickly, efficiently and professionally. He was very relaxed and charming giving me confidence that there would be nothing to concern me regarding this transaction. It was very smooth from start to finish with no surprises! Would definitely recommend this company. I have always used Enterprise with similar results in the past.

This time went better than previous tries. A bit slow picking up but that was due to several customers at the same time. Very smooth check in at the end. Nice, clean car with no issues. Quite a bit more expensive than I could have gotten through Avis. If Avis had a functional office near Texas City, I would use it.

We were renting from Alamo when a tire blew out and they sent us to the Enterprise. When we got there we were told that they told the place they had no available cars.. my sister and I are on a week trip here in Texas and are on a time schedule. James and Taylor we're extremely helpful and found us a car to switch out with. I would highly recommend renting from this place and working with James or Taylor any day

They were definitely customer service friendly and I got there earlier than I was suppose to and they were still able to help me with finding the right vehicle for my trip thanks guys
