Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location full of great employees that are willing to bend over backwards to help. Brittany is great asset to the location as well. She took care of me when getting the car and after when I had problems with another location while trying to drop the car off. This location is the only location I will rent from for this entire company. Thanks again Brittany for taking care of us!

This location is always busy since they are the only rental car company on Galveston Island. I rent often and always have a reservation however many times my car is not on site when I arrive or not ready at the specified time. Local representative, Nigel, has assisted me several times and strives for customer satisfaction. Even when challenges have arisen (and they almost always do at this location) he has done everything within his ability to make me a happy customer.

Nigel came to the RV park to pick us up. Myself and husband are both disabled. My husband was having an extremely difficult time and my son was doing a great job trying to help him. Nigel stepped up to help. We got him loaded and ready to go. Nigel came out to the car for me to sign . I didn't even have to go inside. Now that is service! !!

Fastest in and out ever. They even greeted me holding the door open for me. Nigel was super. Very happy with my service at this location!

I understand this was the off season, but they appeared to be short handed, over worked and inattentive to customer needs. The young lady that helped me check in and inspect the vehicle was great, just in a hurry. Also, I never received any paperwork. My first experience the year before was excellent, I guess I caught them at a bad time this year.
