The actual rental vehicle and booking the reservation was excellent. However, once I arrived at the rental facility to pick up the vehicle, the experience took a turn. I had made my reservation a month previously using my rewards points. I reserved a "premium" vehicle, as this was a family vacation and we would need all the room we could get. I was told at the rental counter that "premium" vehicles could NOT be rented with rewards points. I was never informed of this exception to the rewards points the entire time previous to arriving to pick up my vehicle. After several minutes of back in forth with the Enterprise counter associates, I left the facility very frustrated and disappointed. Once I returned to my office, I called Enterprise customer support to verify the information about the rewards vehicle exception. Again, after several minutes on the phone, I was told that the information was correct and that only certain vehicles qualify to be rented using rewards points. I would suggest that Enterprise website have a software update, that would not allow you to reserve a "premium" vehicle if your using rewards points; thus eliminating all the confusion up front. I ended up having to cancel my existing reservation and make a new one, then go back to the Enterprise location and pick up my vehicle. The employees were nice and professional, but really were not able to assist.

The Enterprise staff was efficient and personable. Each time I have rented a car I have had the same experience. I will not hesitate to rent from Enterprise whenever I am in need of transportation or to recommend the company to my friends if ever they will need to rent a car.

First off I booked at this location only until now and also referred others as well. Not anymore well I booked my reservation in February for my kids spring break vacation to California, well on the day of my reservation Greg call me confirm the reservation so by the time I get there Vincent inform me that the gave the van to one of their Corp. accounts not my problem but anyway I was suppose to pick up the van at 12pm I didn’t get it until 6pm someone had just brought it in it didn’t get thoroughly wash so Vincent walks me outside in a rush due to me waiting 6 hrs not gone lie I was in a rush too with a 26hr drive ahead of me already runn8ng 6hrs late so. didn't do my normal extensive walk through and Vincent did none. Night t8me fall the inside windows was so dirty when the light from the cars I couldn5 see anything I stop at the truck to clean the windows once I make it there I’m unloading my Godson is cleaning the bugs off n notice the grill was pushed in and kinda crack well I call them everyday from sat morning until I finally reach Greg that Thur I told him the car drive like it needed an alignment the oil change light came on in Houston and about the grill he says I won’t be there but I remember that we had a van like that n I think that’s the one no worries when u return it but my asst. mgr will be there just tell him u talk to me ok no problem ok cool. I get back in town return adv the asst. mgr of what’s going on so ok u good I also adv him I had a previous free upgrade that I received from Greg which Vincent refuse to let me use he said he would adjust it call me back with the new price that would be charged to my card well they charged the original 525 to my card then went behind my back and tried to file an accident report lied and told that dept they talk to me I returned the car on March 19th Scott just called me about the accident report on April 4th I kindly advised him this my first time hearing about this he was lied to by somebody and told him the truth he supposedly going to talk to Greg now I can’t get him to return my call I tried office and cell but that’s fine I’ll go to corporate if I need to whatever it takes.

I will like to give a big Thanks to Ms.Lvy j.Bass she is a real good employee Ms.Lvy she represents the company very well she do her job real good she go above and beyond to make sure the custom is satisfy.I wish y'all had more like her cause service at the I10 location is very horrible Ms.Lvy thanks for being the person you are Job well done!!!!!

Ms.Lvy j.Bass she is a very good Employee she represented the company very well She go above and beyond to make sure the custom is satisfy i wish yall had more people like her Had to deal with the one on i10 service was horrible But thanks to ms. Lvy she got me right.thanks ms.Lvy job well done
