I have never had to rent a car on my own (my husband usually does) and for my first experience on my own - I had an excellent one! The staff was friendly and quick. My car was ready and clean. And picking up and dropping off were both a breeze!

Absolutely loved the car I rented. (2018 Toyota Camry) I reserved online and paid when I arrived to pickup the car, the process is easy just along as you have all the required documents in hand. I was in and ready to go within 15 minutes.

Don't rent here because you will be given a dirt car and Noah will give you an attitude about cleaning it up. On 02/11/16 try give this location another chance but it still sucks. 05/06/2016 Rent at this location again because I was told that it would be better. The staff is rude and don't listen. I was very happy with the service up until new manger came and I was treated bad. I took my car back on 7-10-2017 and the guy started check me out but stop to help a lady that got a car earlier. I sat waiting to be checked in but no one did. I had leave go to my appointment. I called back after my doctor appointment and the car was still not checked in. I called customer service and was told call back to the location and then my rental agreement was still not closed out. I wish that old manager could come back. The cars not clean as when the old manager was there and the customer service is not good either ! I rented a car on 12/21/2016 and had it 1 /22/2018 they didn't tell me that you can't have car more than 30 days that they will charge you daily rates . I have gave this enterprise chance after chances. So now they are charging over 600.00 for the extra week and 4 days .

A rental was scheduled for me via the other parties insurance. Unfortunately, there weren't enough people at the Bastrop facility for me to be picked up so the nice girl at Service King gave me a lift down the street. The gentleman was super nice when he told me that they didn't have any vehicles for me (due to the recent hurricane) so he gave me a lift back to work and told me as soon as he had one he would bring it up to my work for me. In less than an hour, I was signing for my rental, he had done exactly as promised. The return was even easier. I picked up my car from Service King and was informed their system matched up w/Enterprise and they would be notified I had picked up my own vehicle. Viola!
