I wish there was a no star option! Horrible horrible and rude people! Nickel and dime you to death with any charge you could POSSIBLY imagine. Not even correct or ethical charges. But hey, you have to put a card on file to rent a car, so they don’t care. They will get their money anyway! A lady hit me while in the car, she was at fault, so her insurance is covering it. But instead of billing her insurance, they just took everything out of the card I was required to provide (in order to get the car). Not a small amount either. I have a family to feed and bills to pay. You don’t just get to take that large of an amount (that’s not even a bill you’re responsible for) out of someones account without their permission!

Terrible Customer Service. So when I booked the car, I was given a statement of charges (estimated) as around $32 by the employee at the counter. When I went to return the car the next day, I was told by another employee that my total actual charge is $62 because the other employee did not include the young renter's fee in my total. Now, as a consumer, I felt cheated that I was not told about this significant charge and was just asked to pay for it at a time when I couldn't have been able to do anything about it. I called the billing section on Saturday right after returning the car and a customer care employee again gave me the same boilerplate answers about the policy surrounding the underage fee. My concern was not about whether I am 25 years of age or not (as if I don't know that already), it was about whether it was just to not provide me with the correct estimate when I was booking the car and then hand me double the amount as the final bill. The inconvenience caused due to the misinformation regarding the Corporate discount rules and the underage fee is something that will deter me when I think of reserving a car next time. The employees did not have a proper understanding of the rules.

Worst location ever. This location has the rudest customer service. Arrived to pick up my rental at 5:55pm to find the location empty when it closed at 6pm. Had to have my pick up changed to a different location. The next morning an associate named Mikael called stating our vehicle was ready. I told him we had already got a vehicle from a different location because no one was there when we arrived. He stated they were there until 6:05 and we could check their system to see clock out times. Refused to believe we were knocking on the door and accused us of lying because their systems would confirm they were there. We asked why we didn’t get a courtesy call saying our vehicle was ready, and he asked why we couldn’t call to notify we were on the way. Rudest associate ever. I will never be using this location again or Hertz in general.

It seems that the online reservation service of Hertz does not show the real inventory of this location. I reserved a mid-size suv online one week before the pick-up date. On the day before my travel, they called me and told me that they only had trucks available. I have to cancel my reservation.

Standard car rental place. They are not great at planning ahead or being punctual. Offer pick up/drop off for getting or leaving a rental. Not a good selection of available vehicles.
