Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So when I first walked in I had an attitude because I was mad at the idea of having to drive a rental car because my car was having problems but when I walk into this place Reid was able to turn it around for me he had a smile on his face a great attitude willing to show me how to work the car and that everything will be OK because it was only for a few days even when I return the car back he asked me was I OK and how everything was I even left some paperwork in the ugly little focus I never wanted to drive.that But the next day he had those papers waiting on me. Reid customer service was like no other you have to really be a special person to turn around this attitude but he was great! Customer service is everything to me and that he has .

Humble, tx location in planet ford is terrible. I made a reservation 24 hours in advance, they promised one type of car, delivered another... and that one was an hour late. That's only after I had to find the associate working the counter at 8:20am (they open at 7am). Nobody in the dealership had any idea how to get in touch with their associate. He was found wandering the dealership. I walked in at 8:00am and he was nowhere to be found, and didn't have a car ready when I did find him. The manager was using the car they wanted to give me to go for a donut run. Awful experience, won't be back.

Currently is shows that they are open till 7 pm...they close at 6pm.
