This a great but hard to find location. The woman who runs it has been there a few years and knows her regulars. She's  super helpful and you can leave your car in the back for business travel.

I rented a car from here in March.  It was a last minute rental due to a cat accident I'd been in that day.  The customer service was excellent.  The lady at the counter that day got me in and out of there very quickly.  The return process was just as pleasant. Thanks for the great service.

Sheila - the owner - makes the in and out process quick and hassle-free.  The place has the air of a small, family-run neighborhood facility -- quite unlike the usual impersonal corporate feel of most rental places.  

I ordered a Ford Escape and fully expected to be told they did not have it and would have to shift me  to another car.   But Sheila had the Escape ready and waiting,  
It provided a great smooth ride for my long trip to Norman OK.
