I called and made a reservation through the customer service number. That said I could pick up my car at this location between 9-11am. When I arrived at 10:30 the agent (who was hiding in the back somewhere) said she didn’t have any cars returning until 5. When I asked where the available cars were she said I would have to call around. Then she went back in the back. Not. Helpful. At. All.

No one at the front desk.  They didn't have the car I booked.  Then the agent said I needed to provide a pay stub and a utility bill.  I don't think she had a clue.  It's like they just dropped her in there without any training.

Never been so impressed by a car rental agency. No employee at any rental agency has been so generous and selfless as the agents here. My best experience.

Getting and returning the car was fast and easy, and the car was great. Pleasant staff provided excellent service!

Web site is superbly designed that provides easy simple ways to rent a car. Cars are in good condition and have lot of options. They provide good support and cost is reasonable. Keep up your good service !!!
