Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the first time that I have rented a car for just a weekend getaway. I will continue to do so with Enterprise. The gentleman that helped me was so thorough and even upgraded my car. Service was excellent..the car was nice and clean. Since then, the company I work for has rented 2 vehicles based on my experience. Thanks again and continue the good work!!!

Customer service is lacking... have rented from them 2-3 times and was always a hassle trying to get the car and go. If you need a car and plan on staying in Texas for its use I recommend Classic Toyota in Tyler off the South loop; better and cleaner cars with an excellent service.

I am happy to rent cars at the location in Southwest Loop 323 in Tyler. The manager and his staff are always very kind and assertive to me, and always take care of my specific needs with any car. They look for the best rates possible for me and always try their best, even when it’s last minute. Well done Jose and staff! Olga B.

These folks were great. Just what you should expect from a place like a Enterprise. Nice, clean newer vehicles for rent. I had a brand new '18 Ford pickup that was awesome!! It did what I needed and then some! It only had 7k miles on it... Awesome ride! I miss it now that I turned it in, lemme tell you!

They were very friendly, took the time to make sure I was happy with the choice of auto I had selected. Went over everything about the car and we're fast, not rushed but efficient. I will rent from them again.
