National car is always great and has their act together - However, they need to allow customers to use National free rentals for Enterprise cars. Since they are owned by the same companies and Enterprise cars count toward National free days, this only makes sense.

I have been renting cars for business at the Tyler airport for approximately a year now. I have had excellent service every time I frequent National car rental services at the Tyler facility.
I can't say enough about the professional attitude of Tracy, Kat and Jonathan. They are so helpful and the customer service is "Out standing."

National has always been exceptional in their customer service and rental experience. I always enjoy renting cars, it's opportunity to drive different cars than my own, always a nice choice with National. Tyler Regional was another 10+ experience, Tracey Woody was awesome, above and beyond what excellent CS should be. I will definitely rent again from them in my future travel needs.

National is GREAT! When making your reservation, don't forget to join they're Emerald Isle benefits program. It's free! You will receive expedited service, free days, discounts and more.
Show your Emerald Isle card, driver's license and you're on your way!
Agents at Pounds Airport are friendly, professional and treated me like a celebrity. Nowadays, not many companies can make that claim, except Canyon Creek Travel! Thank you National at Tyler Pounds Airport for making my rental experience great!
You would have received a fifth star, if there had been more than "one" agent on duty, to prevent wait.

No good. Tracy from the TYR location was very sneaky with loading upgrades into my rental. We had fully pre-paid for the rental in advance on a company car.
He mentioned a new car they just received that day. A fully loaded Charger. I told him if that was within the "Premium Sedan" my office reserved then I would love to drive it. He said "I am sure we can make that happen". He didn't make anything happen... I got a car class upgrade bill at the end.
I also was not aware how the fuel worked. Omission of details is the same as lying in my book. Stating how affordable it is at only $x per gallon but failing to mention that you will be charged for a FULL tank is sneaky and dishonest.
I did them a favor by returning the car a day early when I knew they were short handed on cars... only to be walloped with fees.
