This is not an in-terminal location of the regional airport. You need to call any taxi company to reach this location if you traveled by air. For no reason, it wrongly appears on travel reservation sites as in-terminal.  Also, they seem to close early despite a valid online reservation. Moreover, there are four in-terminal car rental companies at ABI: Hertz, National, Enterprise, and Avis.

The Budget car rental took good care of me. They picked me up after a late flight also, extend my rental due to my flight being canceled with no extra charge great service!!!

Maybe twice a year I need to rent a truck.  This place is a convenient location for me, and I've never had a problem in renting a truck here.

When your in Abilene, TX rent your vehicle from AVIS or Hertz. I have never been so poorly treated as I was this evening by the clerk at Budget. She was reluctant to provide any service and said no to everything I inquired on. I am a loyal budget car customer for businesses and this is the worst I have ever been treated.

I can’t remember the young lady name that helped me with returning my rental but she was great. I called ahead to inform her that I was trying to fly out earlier and would need to get back to the terminal ASAP. When I got there everything was very fast we close out the rental less than 10 mins. With me arriving to the airport in time to catch the flight to Dallas leaving within the next hour.
