Avis Car Rental

I've rented from this location three times and they have all been great experiences. The staff was nice and accommodating. It's a much better option than driving all the way out to the airport for a rental car. Would highly recommend this location!

I have rented from this agency and I cannot complain, always great service, great cars and great to interact with Matt and Abby. Everyone should go there to rent their vehicle. Oh and they have budget truck rentals as well.

Worst experience ever with a rental car agency. Me and a group of friends were in need of a car and the lady was to us. While trying to discuss the purchase among us the lady behind the counter kept getting irritated and rudely demanded only one person be at the counter. Then she quoted us one price, and when she swiped the credit card she charged a much higher price without informing us that the amount had changed. Ultimately I had her cancel the transaction completely and went to Budget Rent A Car by the airport and got a much better deal along with much friendlier customer service.

The Avis at the Sears location is great! The customer service rep is very friendly and courteous. She is very accommodating when you have specific requests. Fast pick up and return. The cars are always in good condition and clean.

Very convenient location for those in southwest Lubbock. But you rarely get the car you reserved.
