I gave Enterprise a 5 star rating only for a manager named Jarrod he was fantastic with us and very kind. He helped us out with everything and made sure we had an awesome experience. The car he rented us was phenomenal. We wanted to keep it but we knew we couldn't. It was a red 2018 Toyota corolla. Very comfortable. The only negative thing is they do not go more then 15 miles away for there pick up and drop off service. I feel they should try and offer a further distance and try it out. I live in Dumas and I had to find rides to and from Enterprise.

Worse customer service ever! The man made us jump through hoops and had a nasty attitude. I didn’t get his name so I called back later and the rep, who could’ve been him on the phone said he can’t give out “personal information.” Information readily available on their NAME TAGS. The other location got us out quickly with no fuss. Can’t help but think it was racial profiling. They deserve negative stars to be honest.

Nice team in Amarillo, TX but when I turned the vehicle in at the Lancaster, PA location, I asked the young woman at the counter if they included my discount for being a Veteran (I was told by the Amarillo location I would be getting one). She told me that I would need to call that office for the discount, when she should have contacted them on my behalf to sort it out...so I never received my discount.

First time in many rentals I was disappointed in the service. Had a female clerk: dressed inappropriately, did not listen pay attention to my "online reservation" and took it upon herself to "set me up" with what she thought I needed.
When I returned the vehicle, her along with another female (both inappropriately dressed), we're lounging in the country. I requested a male employee (shaven, white shirt, tie) to check me in and handle my billing.
I did observe a couple of people walk in and walk out, get in their car and leave, because the men can only do so much, while the women chatted about non business issues.
Oh, well I will return to my previous Enterprise dealer, it's further away from the office but they respect me as a customer a nd treat me accordingly.

The agents were friendly and tried somewhat to be helpful but I was charged more than I was lead to believe. I believe the website made me feel I was getting a good deal but paid over $800 For a full size car I had for 9 days.
