People is here rude, doesn’t answer the phone, and I chose Manager’s special when I am booking online, they only give a compact car Hyundai Accent. I wanted to update to a premium and she told me there is no premium. when I walk to stall I see an Infiniti in the parking lot. They gave me a Ford Escape as a standard size SUV . It is not even big enough as midsize SUV. Completely not satisfied

Expensive! I was quoted $350 USD. I expected to pay $800 USD total for the additional insurance, taxes, airport fee... Actual cost was $1,334 for a 1 week rental! They tacked on an unspecified service fee, a license fee, a 4.5% transaction fee, 16% tax and 19% Airport fee! That's on top of the very expensive Mexico insurance. I give 1 star because the vehicle was clean and in good condition otherwise it would be zero stars.

I was allowed to prepay online with a debit card but was told I couldn't once I got here. I am now stranded. Their customer service was okay though but they didn't help me solve the actual problem. Instead, I'm getting my money partially refunded in 10-14 days. Just a heads up.

Terrible service. I'm gold and make almost weekly reservations with Hertz. I'll never rent a car from the Laredo location again. I had a reservation, confirmed and paid for. When I arrived at the counter the agent was extremely rude. Greeted me by saying "What do you want?" I showed her my reservation (usually the keys are already pulled and waiting)... she shouted "Well I don't know what you want me to do! I don't have any cars... they're all dirty" I said "Oh... Well how long does it take to get one clean?" She replied "Well even if I had a clean one I have 15 other reservations... and they would come before you anyway" I ended up leaving the airport and renting elsewhere. Worst customer service ever. I can understand having to wait to get a car cleaned, but I was treated like a dog.
