Living in a small town has its perks, such as the dynamics of living with people you see on a regular basis so everyone knows almost everyone... even if you happen to be stuck in Alice by chance for a day.   Michelle and Israel at the Alice Enterprise go above the average to help people out.  They understand how important it is to receive quality service when you might need a car immediately and if things are not quite right, they make it better!  All with a smile and friendly talk... that's the best part!

This place really went above and beyond for me. My insurance company was dragging it's feet and was trying to tell me when and where to get my vehicle which was an inconvenience. One of the gentleman at this store stayed late just to help me until my issue with insurance was resolved. He even tried to fix the problem on his end. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a rental. Especially those that are being paid for by their insurance company. Thanks!

Staff us friendly.   They had the car ready and had no problems just wish the car had cruise control.   Would rent again with them.
