Avis Car Rental

Zero percent costumer satisfaction policy. I would never rent a car if my company wasn’t working with them. I feel that They don’t give the good cars to companies. Lady said no available full size but every time I go to parking lot I see one. This time I went to lady and ask if I can get that one, she said it’s already reserved. What the heck I did reservation full-size And telling me someone did reservation. Go to Enterprise, when I rent for personal I always go to enterprise. Sometimes they do upgrade for free and have better cars. Worst experience 👎

Worst customer service. The person (older aged man) there kept looking for any excuse to why not rent me a car he obviously didnt want to attwnd anyone. Was practically telling me i couldnt rent because it would cost me more because of my circumstance. It was 30 minutes until closing and the person didnt even want to get out of the office to greet. Ended up going next to them at enterprise and no problem at all. No wonder enterprise had all the people in line and no one on avis. Please save yourself the time and go anywhere else

Worst rental experience. The rented car has problem with ac. After complaining the issue to the manager, she is not in a position to understand. Instead refunding the amount they charged me extra. Enterprise is thousand times better. I have sent an email explaining the issue based on the response to this review. Waiting for them to reply.
