Fire Personal Training Studio

I love The Fire! I've never been the athletic type, and could never get excited about exercise. Kam, April, and Benji have not only made exercise enjoyable, but have helped me have fun making it a routine. The atmosphere of the gym is so supportive - everyone, customers and trainers alike, is excited to see each other walk through the door. The Fire has really helped me make a body that I feel healthy and happy with, and look forward to improving!

After searching for many months for a gym that was a good fit for me, I finally discovered The Fire where I've consistently attended Kam's classes 3 times a week for the past 9 months. She is knowledgeable, upbeat and really cares about her clients. In particular she knows just how to tweak certain exercises to accommodate some chronic joint issues. The fact that no one class is ever the same as another is an aspect that really appeals to me. Love the variety. Exercise and following the weight loss program have put the 'fire' back into my step!

I have been at the fire since September 2013. My body has gone through a transformation, I'm stronger, healthier, and I eat better. I enjoy the people that workout and their positive attitudes, along with the diverse training, no two days are alike. Thanks to Kam, April, and Benji ( my grands,s pal) working out can be achieved on your level and be fun.

At 60 years old and out of shape, I knew I needed more help than general gym classes. The small class size and personal attention that the staff gives is great. When I had a shoulder injury, they worked with me in a one on one to get me back up and working out again. Finally after 2 + years of excercise, I decided it was time to get serious and lose weight. The TLS system worked for me - I am down 28 pounds and maintaining the loss. I firmly believe I will lose additional weight with The Fire's help and advice. Recommend them strongly - great trainers at a reasonable cost.
