Inspire Personal Fitness of Asheville Gyms

Enjoying my sessions with the trainers in the 6 week challenge. The 45 minute sessions are VERY doable, there is a good variety in the workouts and the other students are as encouraging as the trainers. I went to the FITT workout and it was challenging and fun. I did things I’d never done before like the Battle Ropes. The classes are all small enough that I received individualized attention, correcting my form when necessary and giving great positive feedback so I knew when my form was correct and safe. Combined with proper nutrition and 4 workouts my first week, I lost 5 lbs and my mood and energy has improved. Best gym experience with a gym ever due to the personal touch of Keith, Melissa and the other amazing trainers. Almost want to keep it a secret but I believe in paying it forward!! Great stuff!!

Inspire is the best! The trainers are knowledgeable and attentive. They are great at suggesting modifications or alternatives to exercises if you need them (which is some thing I have not found at other gyms) and I actually want to go!...which has never been the case for me at other gyms. :-)

The best part about going to Inspire Personal Fitness is that you're surrounded by "your family." Visit their website to see their logo and that's you standing in the middle with coaches and other members surrounding you with their support and encouragement. I'm 70 years old and I've been going two to three times a week for nearly 1-1/2 years. While I'm always thankful when the hour is over, I leave feeling more than the warmth of the sweat. I leave waving goodbye to my friends.

Inspire and its staff is a great gym and all about safely helping you meet your fitness goals! This place is filled with encouragement and great workouts! Really felt at home and very comfortable when working out here. Keith and staff are very knowledgeable in training people of all ages and fitness levels. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and total well being.
