The Susquehanna State Park offers a variety of trails at different intensity levels. You can stroll on a flat surface by the river or you can venture up fairly steep, rolling hills and loo down from the river from up high. We've toured the grist mill too. Great park!

Very nice quiet park. Took our granddaughter in October and went to a fall festival nearby which was great.

We enjoyed our weekend here. It is a very typical MD state park campground. There are a few electric sites, no water hookup sites. Not a huge problem, just fill the fresh tank when you arrive and set up camp. The firewood was affordable and there was plenty of small sticks in the woods near the campsite to use for kindling. The playground consisted of a swingset, but our boys were fine just playing in the grass next to our site.
This park would probably get more use if more of the sites had electric hookups or water hookups.
