Hajime

I love Hajime! This restaurant has amazing sushi, and a wonderful atmosphere. If you get the chance to sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs make the rolls, I would recommend it! If you want to go on a holiday, you should probably call ahead to make a reservation. On Valentine's Day the restaurant was packed. We still had excellent service and a great time. Also, the green tea ice cream is absolutely amazing, and the red bean ice cream is very good too! (It's kind of like chocolate.) In the picture are the poison spider roll, the sweetheart roll, and the devil roll (my favorite).

Best service I've ever had. Ling was the best and they offered great happy hour specials. The shrimp tempura was huge and my dragon and philly rolls were delicious. If you manage to have room the red bean ice cream and the matcha were to die for

My favorite sushi place. The food is always fabulous. Service is great, lighting is dim so it's nice for relaxing. If you sit at the sushi bar, they sometimes give you a little free app salad to taste while you wait.

Some of the best sushi around. They also have noodles and appetizers. I think there's a full bar, but I didn't check it out.Very polite staff. Interesting atmosphere. It's in a strip mall, so it's a little difficult to find but work the effort.

High quality sushi at a fair price. We always come during the happy hour at which they offer $2.50 Sapporo's and discounted specialty rolls. The restaurant is clean and has a modern ambiance. Great service each time. Recommendations: Crunchy, No.9, White Tiger, Volcano, Kiss of Fire, Dragon, & Spicy Tuna
