Osaka Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse

First time at this location and I must say I was very disappointed. The meal was very rushed. We had our soup 2 minutes before the salad. The onions in the soup had been burnt or had been stuck to the bottom of the pot. The server was very impatient taking everyobes order. She "Flopped" a bowl down causing the soup to "slosh" onto the table which was met with an "oh my bad". Drink orders were missed. As the rice and entree came out together half it was cold by the time i got to it. As we were a party of 6 a 14% gratuity was "automatic" which probably contributed to the poor service. Overall the quality and service was not what you would expect of the 80+ dollar bill for two entrees to say nothing of what the other 4 in our group paid.

We love this location. Our family had a fantastic time with excellent service, again. They even gave the 2 kids in our large group a free scoop of ice cream. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful waiter that gave the best service!! My boyfriend would run out of water and he would be over to fill his glass in two seconds. He also made sure we had the best deals possible! The filet mignot melted in your mouth and was possibly one of the best I’ve ever had!!!

We purchased a Groupon for this Osaka location. When we went to find directions, we saw their lower review status. We were bummed. But as it turns out, our Hibachi chef was fantastic. He was incredibly entertaining and funny. The wait staff was great as well. We have no regrets!

They make us buy another dinner so we can use our coupons, not much entertaining, food was OK, the distribution of the food was not proportional, we gave the cook a cash tip and when the came out we offer a cash tip to the waiter and he refused as we wanted a 15% of the whole check before applying the $100 coupon. Do not recommend this location.
