Osaka Sushi & Hibachi

So we had a mixed experience... Our waitress was awful! She got everyone's order wrong, both drinks and food. She was rude and complained to us and told us it was our fault! Our cook was good. Very nice and he straightened out all the mistakes that the waitress made! The food he made was good! He gets 4 stars. Our waitress gets negative -1 stars.

Was afraid to try someplace new but food was amazing. Prices are good and it is fun having food cooked in front of you.

Worst experience I have ever had!! We usually go to this Osaka's 2x per month. This last time (March 18, 2018) was for my daughter's 21st birthday and was just TERRIBLE! The waitress was SLOW only filled drinks 1x, the hibachi cook did not want to be to be there! He cooked our food so fast! He didn't interact with us at all, no heart of rice, egg roll, steam train etc..... The chicken was VERY SALTY, the fried rice (1 of our favorites) was very mushie!! Even with a groupon our bill was over $150.00! It will be a VERY LONG TIME before we go back!

Went to Osaka in Riverdale coon rapids 3/13 for my birthday with my girlfriend , brother and his wife. The waitress was extremely rude had no manners and didn't even refill our beverages. The cook was good and the food was great! The Low rating is souly because of the service the waitress gave us, nothing wrong with the food. I will never go back here again! Wish we would of given 100% of the tip to the cook. Stick to Kintaros/bennihana!!!!
