Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center

Highly recommend...bring yourself, family, or groups. It is a necessary stop when you are near Cambridge! We have been planning this trip since last year. Be aware that if it is raining the area floods very easily. So doing the self guided driving tour of the Harriet Tubman Byway would require a decent sized SUV. This site is a beautiful memorial to a woman who shaped the history of our nation. I learned so many things that I did not know about this phenomenal woman and I am grateful to the museum staff and creator cor that. Take your time, listen to the stories, look around while driving to and away from the area, and pay homage to this amazing woman!

What a great place to visit!!! I learned so much that I didn't know about Harriet Tubman. The park rangers are very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again and encourage others to visit.

Just a perfect place and a great example of a person of integrity. The museum only takes about 45 minutes to walk through and read everything. The surrounding scenery makes it all worth it.

The tour was a breath of power seeing how our people suffer but still had hope and faith. Museum was beautiful the staff was friendly. Was a perfect day to learn and be thankful.
