Holiday Inn Express & Suites Barstow-Outlet Center

After a very long day of traveling this hotel was wonderful! Comfortable bed, quiet room! Great water pressure in the shower and a nice breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel!

Bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful. We were travelling through and it was a great place to stay overnight after a long day of travel.

Friendly check in, clean, quiet room. Furnishings very adaptable for various uses, from bed tray to moveable desk. Microwave and mini-fridge. Fitness center small but reasonably clean, with good variety of equipment. Two thumbs down for the breakfast. Good variety of options, large room, but everything as cheap as possible, with little regard for nutritional value. Omelettes made with velveeta “cheese”, yogurts containing gelatin (not suitable for vegetarians), packets of instant oatmeal. Styrofoam dishes: please choose something that is at least biodegradable/compostable. We’re going elsewhere to find actual food.

Lady at the front desk was very snobby and rude, completely unable or unwilling to help with anything almost like she didn't want us staying there probably though we were homeless or something cause of the basket of laundry. I'm sorry my semi truck doesn't have a washer and dryer in it. Anywho we ended up saying the heel with it and went to comfort suites where the staff was much friendlier and very welcoming.

The location seems a little far out, but it's actually perfectly located in walking distance to many of the outlet stores and plenty of food options. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking available. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in a while. The wifi worked fine the night I checked in but I think the code expired by the next morning.
