11:45am Appt didnt get seen till 12:30. Whats the point of having an appointment if you don't follow them?

I have been going to this practice for several years, and I really like Dr. Smita Randhawa. However, this morning I called for an appointment, and the young woman who answered spoke very quickly, and had a rude tone to her voice, as if I was bothering her. I asked her if something was wrong, and she said I had "yelled at her", which really surprised me. I told her her tone of voice was rude, and she put me on hold, transferring me to someone else, who finally did take care of my desire to set up an appointment. Very poor and unprofessional behavior. Many years ago, I worked as a doctors' receptionist at a busy office. Never be uncaring with a patient - they help to pay your salary, and they are calling for a good reason.

They tell you if their behind, the staff is super kind, and all the doctors take time to know you and hear any questions, if you have them. It's a great GP office!!
