Jiffy Lube

Pulled in at 3:05 PM and was out by 3:20. They changed oil, topped off fluids, checked filters, preformed an interior vac and cleaned my windows. All for under $60! I would recommend anyone take their vehicles to this fine establishment! Thank you men! Great job

Anything but Jiffy! First time at Jiffy Lube ever. I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes. About 30 minutes before my car was ready, Shawn P. informed me that my car would be ready in 15 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, I looked up and my car was sitting outside with the car door open and key in the ignition. I went out and asked Shawn how long my car had been done and he told me 3 minutes. Two cars behind me in the bay were moved in and air and heater filters were removed from both cars. (I don't think the workers are that fast) Shawn said to me what's your hurry and said he would be with me in 3 minutes. That time he was correct. Not very customer oriented. My last time at a Jiffy Lube!

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Service was very quick. Even though it’s further than the Jiffy Lube by my house, I’d still make the drive to this one.

If I could give no stars I would. Wanted to drop off the car. Called they said sure. Ended up having to wait anyway just so they could try to up sell anything possible. The 10-15 minute oil change was almost an hour and completely screwed up the plan for the day. Completely dissatisfied!
