Meineke Car Care Center

Bunch of liars, especially Corey the manager. He was unprofessional and had a nasty attitude after I busted him and called him out. I purchased a full synthetic oil package which includes a tire rotation, topping off of fluids and coolant, and tire pressure check. I made chalk marks on my tires to make sure they were rotated and OF COURSE, they were NOT. He even tried to convince me that they didn't need to be done and I told him that my owner's manual recommends that and that I'm following those instructions. I also checked my fluids and coolant and tire pressure when I left and NONE of those were done either. I IMMEDIATELY called Meineke Customer Service and reported him and my situation. I requested a full refund of my $69. 99 and am waiting for a phone call back in regards to this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I'm beginning to wonder if my OIL was even changed! UPDATE: So Meineke Customer Service claims that they can't give refunds but if the individual shop wants to grant one, then it can happen. But OF COURSE, the shop REJECTED my request for a refund and even told the customer service representative that ALL services were provided! DESPICABLE! It's ok...Just submitted a complaint to the DE Better Business Bureau (BBB). NOT LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS... $69.95 for an oil change is NOT cheap! I'm sure you would all agree! Will keep you posted... UPDATE: They did NOT respond to the BBB's attempt to contact...DE Attorney General NEXT UP...If they would just do the RIGHT thing and give me a REFUND for trying to rip me off, this would be OVER. UPDATE: I WIN...They have agreed to refund me my $69.95 after the Delaware Department of Justice/Attorney General's Office got involved. Now, I will let you all know when/if I "receive" it! UPDATE: Got my check today. Moral of the story: Don't take your car here! It's obvious that they can't be "trusted" to perform a service that YOU PAY FOR...An oil change should NOT be this stressful!

Sal's the man and the crew there are awesome. Fixed up my truck quick and for a great price. The quality of the welds alone was worth the whole job.

They try to rob you!! I went there to get my exhaust fixed and the “manager” at Meineke said they need to fix a lot of other stuff and it was a major fix. I was given a estimate of 3500$ and I went to Midas just to have a second opinion. Midas guy examined my car and clearly said that my exhaust had a crack and charged me a 700$. I was shocked to see the difference in charges and it was a clear exploitation at Meineke.

well originally I went in for a routine oil change, when I went to pick my car up they I formed me I would.need a new battery, I was so confused cause I never had any issues with my battery. I went out after paying for the oil change, and surprise ! my car wouldn't start! I went back in and told them my car would not start, they said yea cause you need a new battery. Mind you my car started perfectly fine before that, never ever had a problem with it starting before. coincidence? I think not. !!!!!!!! Karma, I hope Karma does it's job cause taking advantage of people is just not right. especially when you don't know what hardships they are going through.
