Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I've been to this place probably 2 dozen times for oil and filter changes on 3 cars because they do a good job and I trust the work. Today I sat in line for 45 minutes before being told that they ran out of filters for my car. How does an instant oil change shop run out of filters? When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that all of the managers were away at a meeting. After telling the "acting assistant manager" that I was pissed off about this he said Sorry Dude. Sorry Dude? What the fk? So for the lack of carrying a $3 filter in inventory they lost not only my $40 sale. Sorry Dude. I returned to the store the next day and spoke with the manager. He responded professionally to my concerns and he promised to address them. I do pan to return to this store in the future and do recommend this location for service.

We stopped in at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in New Castle DE this morning. We were treated like welcome friends by Omar and Azuree who were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. For sure this will be the place we return to from now on.

I came in last week in a pinch bc my regular mechanic was unavailable and had the best experience/service I could imagine. Melanie took great care of me, was friendly and funny and saved me money. She took the time to educate me on my vehicle so i wouldn't continue to overspend in the future. It was also obvious that she is well liked by her coworkers and kept the morale up while it was cold and busy. Before she let me go, she made sure i had windshield wiper fluid and my tires were at the correct pressure. The whole thing cost me 3 dollars. I will always come back to this location and i will always ask for Melanie. Thank you!!

Had an awesome experience at this place today...better than usual the prices were affordable and the service rep Tom M. Was very knowledgeable and efficient in providing service and recommending other services that I originally didn’t think of. The only reason for the 4 stars is because they were out of air filters and didn’t have my size for my rear wiper...but other wise they had stellar service. This is the only place that I have brought my cars to! Love this place and the friendly professional staff that work here...would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Friendly, fast, and efficient service can always find a coupon or Groupon for service. Groupons are good only 24 hours after purchase. And, be sure to check locations. But, this place will sometimes honor the groupon anyway.
