Jiffy Lube

Convenience is the name of the game here, but you pay for it. There are other options in the area where you can get the same service for considerably less. You may have to wait a little longer or make an appointment, but you can save $20 -$25 per visit.

Personnel are friendly and courteous and the only reason I gave 4 stars is that they need to open another franchise! This is my second oil change since I've moved to this area and both times I have been there over two hours!

I needed an oil change and wanted to make sure I got the right oil. So I called Jiffy Lube & I asked them the price of a standard oil change compared to a synthetic blend. The man who answered the phone asked me to wait while he found out. Mean while I over hear him and another Jiffy Lube employee talking about how dumb I was for calling and asking that question and how I should look it up myself. They then proceeded to discuss their lunch options. All the while I am on hold. I decided to wait it out to see if they would return to the phone. 20 minutes passed and no one returned so I decided to hang up & call back. The second time I called they answered with "jiffy lube, please hold" & put the phone down. This time I waited 10 MORE minutes until I called back. I had a 2 hour window to get my oil changed before I had to work so time was running out, I had no answers. The third time I called a sweet woman answered and tried to handle the situation very professional. A manager got on and gave me my answer in less than 5 minutes. He apologized and hung up. He was very nice as well as the woman but I just felt the people were VERY rude & unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to ANY JIffy Lube thanks to the REHOBOTH Jiffy Lube.

I was told an hour, but took a bit longer and didn't do the interior. The employees seem nice enough, but very slow
